The clinic is a live-in deal - as it is in a residential business - it is thus a 'home based' business and has no council regulations besides someone lives in the premises. I have been mostly doing this - except when I am back home in NZ.
This clinic could easily be used by one or two people running it from even another state - the living arrangements are easy.
