Heather delves into a lot of issues that are not broached in other presentations including the importance of body temperature (men as well as women), the important role of relationships as well as shock, horror- Sex! It is a good reminder that babies are made through having sex, and without this aspect (unless there is medical intervention) a baby will not be conceived.
 
Through the use of a number of different case studies Heather shares her experience on what she considers a hard or easy case.  Through these she brings in the element of reality into a patient’s life, that is reminding us that patients do have lives and it is often these lives that are causing the issues they are experiencing. Without addressing these issues the problems will keep occurring, and without asking the right questions or giving life advice it is easy for us to create more work for ourselves. (and quite possibly no babies).

We are reminded that we need to keep our minds open and offer other forms of help other than just needles if we are to effectively treat patients, needles are but one tool in our healing baskets.
